Query by Dacey: Is there any scanner for 35mm slides?
I have 100s of 35mm slides, and was pondering if there’s any form of scanner for them, so I can download them to my computer.

Yes there is, i know newer highend flatbed scanners have them. Epson and HP i know make them. They have special cartridge for you to place your negatives or a spot on the flatbed for it. They run from around 50 and up. Check your local electronics store.
here a link for an example of one

They make attachments. The Canon scanner I have has a 35mm negative scanner attachment.
yes.
You can find scanners with slide adapters… and there are also scanners which will auto-feed the slides.
Generally the ones that auto-feed slides are expensive.
I had a scanner with the appropriate back light and a fixture to hold up to 5 slides in at a time for scanning. It was one that I got free with purchase of a computer! But it didn’t work for long…
It may be cheaper for you to pay a service to scan the slides than to get a self-feeding scanner. Hand feeding 5 at a time would be very annoying.
any epson ,canon or Hp flatbed with film adapter should do.
